Here are some conlang projects that I find noteworthy, so I encourage other conlang enthusiasts to take a look them.

Auxiliary Languages

Volapük

An international auxiliary language (IAL) published by Martin Schleyer in 1880.

Esperanto

An international auxiliary language (IAL) first published by Dr. L.L. Zamenhof in 1887. The most popular conlang ever with estimates of as many as 2,000,000 users.

Ido

A reformist language based mostly upon ideas from Esperanto.

Mondlango / Ulango

Another language based upon ideas from Esperanto, but with a lot more lexical influence from English.

Atlango

A proposal for an auxiliary language for Europe.

Sen:esepera

An Esperanto-reform-based langauge with the main feature being that it is much more euphonic.

Novial

An IAL proposed by well-known linguist Otto Jesperson in 1928.

Interlingue / Occidental

An IAL created by Edgar de Wahl, and published in 1922.

Interlingua

A language project proposed by the International Auxiliary Language Association (IALA).

Lingua Franca Nova / Лингуа Франка Нова (LFN)

An IAL created by Dr. C. George Boeree featuring a more neutral and isolating grammatical structure.

Europanto

An idea for intercommunication within the European Union.

Vorlin

An IAL project started by Rick Harrison. One of the first to feature a world vocabulary.

Ardano

An IAL project release in 2008 by Zeinelabidin Elhassi attempting to use a vocabulary from all the world's languages.

Ceqli

An IAL by Rex May originally started as a reformed Loglan using English and Chinese lexical influences, but now evolved into a well developed world auxiliary language (WAL) with influences from diverse sources.

Neo Patwa

A WAL by Jens Wilkinson described by its creator as a "new world pidgin".

Ilomi / Elomi

An IAL by Larry Sulky with a distinct polynesian-style morphology and phonology.

Pandunia

A WAL by Risto Kupsala featuring a simple grammar and world vocabulary.

Lingwa de Planeta

A WAL proposal featuring a world vocabulary.

Romanova

A pan-Romance auxiliary language.

Slovio / Словио

A pan-Slavic auxiliary language.

Afrihili

An auxiliary language for Africa created in 1970 by K. A. Kumi Attobrah.

Demos

A group project that I started intending to create a WAL/IAL by democratic process. As of now (9-2008) the group has long since been dormant.

sambahsa-mundialect

An IAL project released in 2007 by Olivier Simon featuring Indoeuropean as its major influence.

Proto-Languages / Reconstructed Languages

Modern Indo-European (MIE)

A reconstruction of the late Proto-Indo-European language by Carlos Quiles and María Teresa Batalla.

Experimental Language

Lese (Minujaniña, TAK)

A laissez-faire approach to letting a language develop on its own starting with a dummy lexicon and grammar. Even the name "TAK" is only a placeholder for its future name.

Philosophical Languages

Sona

A minimalistic IAL created by Kenneth Searight and first published in 1935.

Earth Minimal

A minimalistic language proposed as an IAL.

Toki Pona

A very minimalistic language by Sonja Elen Kisa. Has a small but active user community.

Logical Languages

Loglan

A project started in 1955 by Dr. James Cooke Brown for testing the Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis.

lojban

A project started in 1987 by The Logical Language Group (LLG) based upon Loglan.

Fictional Languages

Newspeak

From George Orwell's "Nineteen Eighty-Four".

Nadsat

From Anthony Burgess' "A Clockwork Orange".

  / tlhIngan Hol (Klingon)

From "Star Trek".

 / Quenya

Used in the works of J. R. R. Tolkien.

Artistic Languages

Almensk

A nice Low-Germanic language.

Personal Languages

Xara

A language by Jim Taylor.

Sign Languages

Gestuno / International Sign Language (ISL)

An auxiliary sign (gestured) language for users of differing sign languages.

Constructed Scripts and Neographies

Shavian Alphabet

A new script for writing English created Kingsley Read by in 1958.
